- Chimichurri Sirloin Steak*: Lightly seasoned sirloin steak, served medium and topped with fresh chimichurri sauce. Served with roasted corn salad & asparagus.
- Crab Crusted Salmon*: Atlantic Salmon crusted with sweet & spicy crab. Served with roasted corn grits & asparagus
- The “Big Tuna”*: Sesame crusted Saku tuna, seared rare and served on top of spinach vegetable stir fry. Drizzled with cucumber wasabi & topped with fried jalapeños.
- Blackened Catfish: Blackened with special spices, lightly sautéed, drizzled with remoulade and topped with micro greens and sliced jalapenos. Served with killer cole slaw & whole fried okra.
- Blackened Shrimp n’ Grits: Blackened shrimp served over grits topped with cotija cheese, asparagus, red pepper, fried leeks & scallions. Drizzled with Sweet n’ Spicy Vinaigrette. (Scallops may be substituted for shrimp upon request).
- Baked White Fish: Baked basa topped with roasted red peppers and parmesan. Served with asparagus and spinach.
- Fried Catfish: Cornmeal breaded & fried to perfection. Served with killer cole slaw, corn on the cob & hush puppies.
