If you forgot to sign up for text updates for your food delivery during checkout you can sign up here to start receiving them. You have the option of receiving plain text updates or text updates with real time GPS tracking which allows you to track your driver during your order and be notified when they arrive at your address. Please remember you will need to enter your Fetch Atlanta Food Delivery order number in order to validate your identity. Please do not sign up multiple times for text message updates, don’t worry we received your first request however in some cases your first text may take up to five minutes to be sent depending on our dispatch center’s volume. This happens because unlike many other text update systems you may have experienced ours is ACTUALLY real time and not an algorithm that pretends to be. That means we have real people at our Atlanta Food Delivery dispatch center communicating in real time with real drivers. If you didn’t request your updates during checkout, gathering the details about your drivers location and their progress on your order sometimes takes a few minutes.
