  • What are your delivery hours?

    Our hours are from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday thru Friday; 10 a.m. to 10 p.m Saturday thru Sunday. Restaurants may have different hours. Click on each restaurant and the restaurant's open and close times are listed at the top.

  • I'd like to have food catered. What should I do?

    For office, party or any other social event catering, please contact us at least 4 hours before the expected event to schedule a catering order for delivery. Please note that we do not do food set up or serving only delivery.

  • I am a restaurant owner/manager. How can I get more information about having my restaurant added to FethAtl.com?

  • What Are Your Fees For Large Orders for Groups & Offices

    FetchAtl.com can provide large meals for your group or office needs without the hassle or expense of contracting caterers. Although we are not a catering service and do not provide servers for your meals, the meals do come individually packaged and labeled to make distributing the food to your group easy. All orders over $150 dollars must be placed at least 12 hours in advance but orders under that amount can be placed as little as an hour before delivery. This gives office managers and group leaders the flexibility to choose from a wide variety of options and still provide meals to smaller groups without a long lead time. Having more than 70 menus to choose from gives office managers and group leaders a much wider price scale to choose from than most traditional caterers offer. This gives office managers and group leaders an opportunity to get more from their budgets. FetchAtl.com charges a small premium on the food and a $5.50 delivery fee for orders under $49.00 for each additional $50.00 a five dollar increase is added to the fee (see included pricing scale). This low pricing and wide flexibility in both meal pricing and in type is a winning situation, freeing office managers and group leaders to get the food they want for a price they can control.

     

    As with all orders through FetchAtl.com, groups and offices can choose one restaurant to order from and pick as many menu items as they want. Indicate in the comments section a time and date for delivery and your food will arrive packaged in the restaurants take out packaging. You may also email us at thedude@TheFastFoodDude.com to confirm order receipt and any specifics about your order. Please include your order number in the email. As FetchAtl.com is not a catering company but rather a delivery company, serving the food will be the responsibility of the customer, however the food being individually packaged and labeled means that serving will be a snap. All utensils and sauces are included in the delivery to make serving and eating as easy and enjoyable as possible.

  • What happens if I'm not there to recieve my order?

    Customer service is our number one priority and we are happy to help fix any problems you have with your orders. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 10 minutes of placing your order. This time may not be extended so please be sure of the items and options you choose for delivery. No refunds will be issued due to customer error i.e.,(a) a customer does not answer his/her phone, call box, door or email, (b) a customer is dissatisfied with his/her selection or (c) if a customer does not answer his/her phone, door, call box or email in a timely fashion resulting in a cold or otherwise diminished food or drink quality.

  • What is your estimated delivery time?

    We try to make it to you in under an hour however, times may be longer due to volume and traffic. We are usually extremely fast, but we do not guarantee delivery times.

  • Do you deliver from places not listed on your site?

  • Can I order from more than one restaurant?

    In order to increase speed we can only deliver from one restaurant per order. If you would like to order from multiple restaurants, you must place multiple orders. Please note that multiple orders may be delivered separately. If you order from more than one restaurant per order placed, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded.

  • Can I place an order after you close at 10 p.m.?

  • Can I call in my order and pay for it over the phone?

  • Is the delivery menu the same as the one at the restaurant?

    Menus presented on this site are nearly the same as ones presented in the establishment. Some items are not listed due to the inability to deliver them in good condition. However, menu prices and items vary between thefastfooddude.com menus and restaurant menus. Menus posted on thefastfooddude.com are special delivery menu items and prices and items may be different than those presented on in-store restaurant menus. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
